The Tower Place East & West project was a 270,000 sqft commercial refurbishment for Overbury.

Working with consultant Cundall, we provided MEP services validations, specialist floor void integrity testing, and building-wide validations of existing equipment to determine suitability for re-use within the Cat B fit-out scheme.

This included electrical infrastructure and distribution, fire alarm systems, and HVAC services. Where suitable, existing equipment was incorporated into the consultant’s design for re-use, resulting in cost savings for the client. We also carried out UFAD testing across floors and plenums to identify any shortcomings in the raised access floor construction and recommend improvements to provide a sealed floor void for the UFAD system.
