WP3 were appointed by our client to manage the MEP Testing & Commissioning processes at their Belgrave House office.

The fit-out comprised Levels 02, 01, Ground and Lower Ground Floors, providing approximately 134,000 sq ft of commercial office space, together with a substantial catering and deli facility at Lower Ground Floor level.

WP3 managed and closely monitored the commissioning process throughout the project, from the review of subcontractor Commissioning Method Statements and site quality and installation inspections, through to pre-commissioning, testing and final witnessing activities.

WP3 also managed the ongoing BREEAM/WELL AP role on behalf of Mace, including the installation, coordination and monitoring of Indoor Air Quality equipment.
