CFC Underwriting relocated their two Leadenhall Market–adjacent offices into Levels 10–18 of the new sustainable 8 Bishopsgate tower, with WP3 guiding them through a major shift in working style and technology integration.

Working closely with the landlord’s technical team, WP3 rigorously tested and challenged plant and spatial constraints to optimise comfort and performance across the large multi-floor workplace. By securing early approvals and engaging incumbent contractors throughout, the team de-risked licensing, pre-construction and build stages.

WP3 delivered the full MEP, AV, IT and electronic security design, and developed an integrated technology solution linking the landlord’s access-control app with CFC’s systems for access, room and desk booking, lockers and wayfinding.
