Delivering for Globant

Today we are spotlighting our work on Global Technology Company, Globant’s new office which demonstrates how thoughtful technical design can directly solve complex delivery challenges and elevate both user experience and performance. 

WP3 were appointed to deliver the Stage 3 design for Globant’s 22,000 sqft office fit out, taking an ambitious concept and transforming it into a fully coordinated, build ready technical solution. The project required the integration of complex building services, technology, and specialist features within a fast paced, design led programme.

Working closely with an international design team, WP3 developed the Stage 2 concept into a robust Stage 3 design, resolving technical constraints, coordinating across disciplines, and translating design intent into practical, deliverable solutions. Our role was key in overcoming coordination challenges between AV, IT, lighting, and architectural elements, ensuring nothing was compromised in the transition from vision to reality.

The final design integrates bespoke lighting, fully coordinated AV and IT systems, and distinctive internal water features. These elements were carefully engineered to work seamlessly together, enhancing functionality while creating a modern, immersive, and calming workplace environment.

By proactively solving coordination issues and providing clear, buildable technical solutions, WP3 helped de risk the project and support a smooth delivery on site. The result is a high performing, future ready workspace that reflects Globant’s innovative and people focused culture and demonstrates how strong technical design can unlock the full potential of a great workplace concept.
