Design
WP3 are known for our practical, collaborative approach to design and are trusted by clients delivering technically challenging and design-led projects.
We specialise in MEP design across commercial, fit-out, residential, retail and data centre sectors, providing solutions that are coordinated, buildable and delivery focused.
We work with project managers, occupiers and contractors to develop designs at the right level of detail for each procurement strategy, from Employer’s Requirements through to detailed Stage 4(iii) construction information. Producing fully coordinated 3D BIM MEP models and undertaking peer and independent design reviews, we bring clarity and technical assurance to complex schemes.
A key strength of WP3 is our ability to operate on both the client and contractor side throughout the RIBA process. This dual perspective strengthens our client-side offer, ensuring every design is commercially aligned, buildable and deliverable, with cost, programme and performance considered from day one.
Our Approach
Whole-Lifecycle Design Support
We provide design services across all RIBA Stages, supporting clients from briefing and concept stages while also working with contractors through detailed and construction design.
Client and Contractor Perspective
By operating on both sides of delivery, we bring a unique and practical viewpoint. Our contractor-side experience strengthens our client-side advisory role, as we understand how designs are built, commissioned and ultimately operated.
Right-Sized Design
We tailor design outputs to suit each project’s procurement route, risk profile and delivery strategy, ensuring information is always appropriate, coordinated and commercially aligned.
Integrated Delivery
Our collaborative approach ensures that technical design is aligned with commercial, programme and operational objectives from the outset.
