WP3 were appointed to deliver the Stage 3 design for Globant’s new 22,000 sq ft workplace — a tech-led, wellbeing-focused environment designed to inspire. The scheme features bespoke lighting, fully integrated AV/IT systems and unique internal water features, creating a modern, immersive and calming space.

Working closely with an international design team, WP3 evolved the Stage 2 concept into a fully coordinated Stage 3 package, refining technical details and ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines.

With the project delivered via a design-and-build route, precision and clarity were essential. WP3’s meticulous coordination and technical expertise ensured the final solution remained true to the design intent, resulting in a distinctive, high-performing workspace that reflects Globant’s innovative, people-centred identity.
