WP3 were appointed as Clerk of Works to oversee the delivery of a 2.5MW photovoltaic array and the associated high-voltage network interface for a global financial campus.
From the outset, the team reviewed contractor designs, project intent and programme strategy, establishing clear commissioning plans, risk controls and quality processes to support a structured and successful delivery.
With the site fully operational throughout the works, maintaining business continuity was critical. WP3 carefully planned sequencing and temporary arrangements to ensure the installation was completed with zero disruption to the client’s operations.
Through regular site attendance, detailed inspections and hands-on involvement in commissioning, WP3 ensured technical, contractual and quality standards were consistently met. Clear tracking systems for actions, testing and snagging enabled fast issue resolution and a smooth close-out.
The result was a robust, well-coordinated delivery that safeguarded operational continuity while successfully integrating critical new energy infrastructure.
