This modern office fitout within the iconic Brunel Building required a high level of coordination and technical detail to deliver a flexible, technology-led workspace for a growing fintech firm.
Led by James Everdell during his time at a previous consultancy, the project involved managing Stage 3 MEP, specialist lighting, AV, security and IT designs. Procured on a design and build basis, the thorough design and tender process enabled smooth contractor handover and swift landlord approval.
Throughout construction, close collaboration with the delivery team ensured coordination challenges were resolved efficiently, including the rapid adoption of remote site solutions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Effective change management allowed material and programme adjustments to be implemented without impacting the overall schedule.
The completed fitout features high quality exposed services that complement the interior design, delivering a distinctive workspace the client is proud to showcase.
