Commissioning Manager
Akila is a Graduate Commissioning Manager who joined WP3 in 2025 with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree from the University of Warwick. He has strong interests in sustainable design, data driven decision making and technical problem solving. Since joining WP3 he has adapted quickly to commissioning work and is focused on developing deep technical knowledge to ensure buildings operate efficiently. Outside work he enjoys sport, reading and travel.
