Commissioning Manager
Carl brings 12 years of military experience as an aeronautical engineer, specializing in fast jet platforms within high‑tempo, safety‑critical environments. During this time, Carl developed extensive expertise in aircraft systems, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and adherence to stringent engineering and airworthiness standards. Following his transition from the military, Carl moved into the maintenance engineering sector, broadening his competencies across mechanical and electrical fault‑finding, preventative maintenance, and reliability improvement in industrial settings. Prior to joining WP3, Carl worked within the pharmaceutical sector, supporting asset availability and compliance within a highly regulated GMP environment. Carl now joins our dynamic Commissioning Management team, showcasing his MEP systems knowledge and engineering background.
Outside of work, Carl is a committed Mansfield Town supporter and enjoys travelling to away fixtures when family commitments allow.
