Commissioning Lead
Gary is a Commissioning Lead at WP3 with over 15 years of commissioning management experience. He has successfully delivered iconic Tier 1 projects across London, as well as Data Centre projects throughout the UK and EMEA region. He brings extensive expertise in scheduling, reporting, monitoring, and managing the full commissioning process – from design reviews and factory acceptance testing through to site testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and client handover. Gary is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and service, consistently ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
