Coming from a contracting background, he has delivered major and technically challenging projects across the UK, working closely with contractors, designers and clients in sectors ranging from infrastructure and universities to commercial and high-end office space. James is known for finding the right solution to meet operational needs, bringing deep experience in project validation, concept design, delivery management, quality assurance and handover.
