Trainee Services Engineer
Lars joined WP3 in 2026 as a Trainee Services Engineer after finishing his bachelor’s degree in renewable energy engineering at the University of Portsmouth. Driven by a solid background in renewable technologies and system optimization, he is focused on integrating sustainable engineering practices into the built environment. Lars is passionate about applying his technical ability he gained at university whilst further developing complex skills and gaining qualifications. Outside of work, Lars enjoys watching rugby and spending time outdoors.
