Senior Mechanical Engineer
Maddie is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Space Engineering. Since joining WP3 in 2021, she has developed strong expertise in mechanical systems across commercial, education, refurbishment and decarbonisation projects, always with a careful eye for design detail. She leads much of the practice’s work in energy and thermal modelling, including IES and CFD analysis, and has contributed to the development of our 360-degree camera tours and online platform. Maddie’s background as an elite rower brings focus, discipline and dedication to every project she supports.
