Regional Projects Lead
Morgan joins WP3 with over 10 years’ experience in MEP contracting, delivering complex projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. With a strong background in project delivery, team leadership and operational improvement, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to managing clients, teams and supply chain partners.
As Regional Projects Lead, Morgan will head up WP3’s new Leeds office, supporting the growth of our Northern operations and building strong regional client and supply chain relationships. His focus is on developing a high-performing regional team, driving sustainable growth and maintaining the high standards of delivery and collaboration that underpin WP3.
