Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Before joining WP3 in 2024, he spent over a decade at a Big Four consultancy advising clients on major real estate and construction projects, and later held a senior operations role for a global equipment provider. A collaborative communicator with a strong grasp of the full project lifecycle, Nick excels at solving complex problems and driving operational excellence – from strategic planning through to efficient day-to-day delivery.
