Zeeshan’s background is in building services engineering, where he possesses a versatile foundation as both a mechanical and electrical designer. As a Principal Electrical Engineer at WP3, he leverages this dual-discipline knowledge to seamlessly integrate complex mechanical requirements into his electrical designs and site surveys. He is a specialist in power systems design, life safety power generation, and decarbonisation, with the technical proficiency to lead projects from initial concept through to final handover.
Zeeshan has extensive experience across diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, and complex life sciences laboratories. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as Battersea Power Station and Wembley Park development, as well as large-scale commercial refurbishments in Canary Wharf. Known for his technical problem-solving and direct client consultation, Zeeshan focuses on delivering optimal, sustainable solutions that address the specific operational needs of every building.
