Six years ago, WP3 started with three directors and a simple ambition: to make complex building services easier to understand and navigate.

Six years on, we’re a team of 100, working with clients across the UK and Europe – and that ambition is still at the heart of what we do.

From the first big questions – stay, move, refurbish or rethink? – through to design, commissioning, energy & sustainability and validation, we help our clients make informed decisions and turn them into reality.

But ultimately, WP3 is about people.
