WP3 have been employed to carry out a stage 2 design for a confidential Technology companies new office space. The Client is very clear that the need for adaptable space is critical to the normal running of their business. As a global company they have staff that need to communicate in different countries so the focus was on the interface of technologies to make conferencing natural and easy for all staff. The solutions include traditional meeting rooms with conference equipment, collaborative touch down areas with interactive screens and conference screens, 1 to 1 conference booths and an AR/VR space to allow for actual meta face to face meetings.
We developed the stage 2 intent and employer’s requirements for:
Heating and Cooling Services - 4 pipe fan coil units making the most of the CAT A equipment to maintain and move all units and only add those required protecting the closed water system and maintaining a green approach.
