Using our expertise we provide technical oversight of others’ design. By completing peer reviews and checking coordination with design and the project brief, we help ensure you get the highest quality outcomes and best possible value for money. We can also act on your behalf to review proposals by others affecting your own assets, as is often the case for landlords and developers.
Specialist Advice
We provide specialist technical advice to suit your specific needs. Services Management
We’re highly experienced in the on-site management, procurement, programming, coordination and package delivery of building services installations. We firmly believe that by putting the work in up-front, the whole process is streamlined and stress-free. Collaborating with all parties – from designers right through to the pipe-fitters – is key to our approach.
Quality Monitoring
Utilising tools, such as digital co-ordination, benchmarking and quality management, we ensure each installation phase receives due focus. We work closely with site teams to minimise spatial issues and maximise quality of finish and functionality. Throughout the project lifecycle our reviews are programmed at key intervals, capturing and resolving any areas of concern.
Validation Surveys
We work with you to manage and record infrastructure condition and status in new or existing premises. Thorough infrastructure investigation and reporting is essential to avoid unplanned commercial risk during expansion or relocation plans.
Landlord Review
We assist Landlords in ensuring technical obligations of tenant leases are met, and alterations to your building are acceptable. We advise on industry standards and best practice to ensure your building is marketable and attractive to tenants. We assist tenants in ensuring your lease obligations are appropriate and achievable, avoiding any undue complication or cost.
Commissioning Management
Our experience and approach to commissioning aligns with other foundations of the WP3 business; to safeguard the end result we first understand the complexities of the project, scope and time scales. We forge and oversee commissioning strategies that meet both regulatory guidelines (including Building Control) and key project milestones.
Performance Monitoring
Often as a continuation of our design process, we monitor the progress of all contractors on site, being the eyes and ears for our clients. We check technical information produced by each subcontractor for compliance in every aspect. We hold everyone to a high standard of expectation, raising the overall quality of the finished product.
