With over 25 years in Building Services, James is a hands-on leader who turns ideas into robust, high-quality engineered solutions. Coming from a contracting background, he has delivered major and technically challenging projects across the UK, working closely with contractors, designers and clients in sectors ranging from infrastructure and universities to commercial and high-end office space. James is known for finding the right solution to meet operational needs, bringing deep experience in project validation, concept design, delivery management, quality assurance and handover.

Glen joined WP3 with over 20 years’ experience in MEP Commissioning Management and building services, with an extensive and widely respected background having held senior roles for some of the industry’s leading contractor and consultancy teams. He has delivered some of the UK’s largest and most complex Commercial, Shell & Core, Healthcare and Data Centre projects, whilst leading teams and evolving company processes throughout. With a strong hands-on engineering background and unrivalled attention to detail, he develops robust processes, leads project teams and supports successful handovers, while mentoring colleagues across the business. As Operations Director and a member of the ownership team, Glen has played a key role in the company’s transformation and sustained growth, driving improved governance, structured processes and best-practice delivery, while fostering strong collaboration with clients and supply chain partners and establishing himself as a trusted expert in Commissioning Management and Consultancy.

Steph joined WP3 in 2022 as an Admin Assistant and became Director of Business Administration in 2025. She now oversees accounts, HR and the day-to-day running of the business, bringing strong organisation and people skills to the role. With a degree in social work and experience working for British Airways, Steph combines first-class customer service with a genuine passion for supporting people. She is also WP3’s Mental Health First Aider and a committed advocate for wellbeing. A mum to five-year-old twins, Steph enjoys keeping fit, crime documentaries, F1 and boxing. She loves her role at WP3, which allows her to balance a fulfilling career with family life.

Lawrence is a Senior Technical Services Manager with more than twenty years of Building Services experience and a petrochemical background. He has contributed to BSRIA guidance and supports WP3 with validations, peer reviews and risk management. He has delivered a wide range of complex plant replacement and technical projects and understands the importance of well planned and executed commissioning activities.

Firas is a Commissioning Lead with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in risk and maintenance engineering. He has played an important role in WP3’s data centre and commercial projects, supporting commissioning programmes and helping to digitise tracking and reporting processes. He also contributes to the development of WP3’s online platforms and commissioning procedures. Known for his clear communication and collaborative approach, he builds strong relationships with teams, subcontractors and clients.

Sam is a Commissioning Lead with over eight years of experience in HVAC commissioning, engineering and water treatment. He has delivered full commissioning programmes across data centres, commercial buildings and residential projects, developing a clear understanding of how to manage the process from start to finish. He values precise documentation and uses a range of project management tools to produce high-quality reports. Curious by nature, Sam is always expanding his knowledge of different system types.

Shane is the Data Centre Lead Commissioning Manager at WP3 and plays a key role in managing commissioning activities across all stages of data centre projects. He supports directors with planning and delivering commissioning and testing, including level 4 and level 5 systems testing. With more than eleven years of experience for major M&E contractors, he has a strong track record in delivering high quality commissioning outcomes.

Liam joined WP3 in 2025 with a strong background in electrical engineering and commissioning management. With over a decade of hands-on experience as an electrician, he has worked on major projects including UBS Bank, the Farringdon Crossrail project, AstraZeneca’s headquarters, The Peninsula Hotel and the Citigroup Centre.
He completed his HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with distinction and has since moved into MEP commissioning management, overseeing mechanical and public health commissioning and validation.

He helps clients achieve fully operational buildings and is skilled at resolving complex site issues.

His experience spans plant rooms and complex systems in commercial and residential buildings. At WP3 he represents clients to ensure systems are delivered to the highest standard.

With over a decade of experience in critical electrical infrastructure, Toby brings a unique blend of technical precision and strategic leadership to the WP3 team.
Before joining WP3, Toby spent eight years at UK Power Networks, leading teams through high-pressure emergency fault operations and delivering technical training programs for over 100 engineers. He later went on to expand his expertise internationally, working in Queenstown, New Zealand for two years.
At WP3, Toby oversees the commissioning process from initial design through to final handover. With deep, practical experience across high and low voltage power distribution, Toby is passionate about bridging the gap between complex engineering and clear client communication. Every project is delivered with reliability, safety, and precision from concept to completion.
Outside of work, Toby is an accomplished endurance athlete. Whether completing full distance Ironmans, swimming non-stop across England’s longest lake (Windermere), volunteering as a Special Olympics Coach, or competing at his local chess club, he brings the same dedication and focus to his personal pursuits that he applies to every commissioning project.

Will is a Commissioning Manager who studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Sussex before working on HS2 at Euston. His work included installing and maintaining monitoring sensors, carrying out surveys and managing project documentation and client communication. At WP3 he brings strong organisational skills and technical understanding to the commissioning process. Outside work he enjoys films, museums, exhibitions and roller skating.

Milad is a Commissioning Manager who joined WP3 in 2023 with hands‑on management experience and a master’s degree in engineering management. He has quickly established himself in the construction industry, supporting the commissioning of large‑scale projects through high‑quality documentation, strong communication and a collaborative approach. Milad manages day‑to‑day planning and witnessing of MEP testing and commissioning, prepares detailed commissioning programmes and reports, and coordinates with contractors to maintain steady project progress. He is proficient in key software including MS Office, Powerproject and CxAlloy and is actively pursuing further accreditation. Outside work, he enjoys basketball, table tennis and travelling.

With over 8 years in BMS/HVAC Commissioning and Validation roles, James brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our Validations and Commissioning department. James has been responsible for the completion and sign off of many high value and complex projects, ensuring systems and services were performing as per specification and design intent. James has extensive knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical installations and the standards that govern them, and is able to dissect site wide issues with ease, helping our clients to combat engineering and operational non-compliances.

Sam is a Mechanical Engineer who joined WP3 in 2021 and quickly became a key member of the design team. He has a strong passion for sustainable design and has played an important role in delivering decarbonisation and electrification projects. Sam has completed a course with the Cambridge Institute focused on a net zero future and helps to drive the next generation of sustainable Building Services at WP3. His project experience spans the full construction process, from feasibility studies and detailed design through to witnessing, validation and support at commissioning.

Kseniia joined WP3 in 2022 after completing her Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Her experience across all stages of design and construction has shaped a practical, delivery‑focused approach. She focuses on solutions that are clear, coordinated and, above all, buildable-making sure designs work just as well on site as they do on paper.
Kseniia has supported and led electrical packages from early concept through to commissioning and handover. She is confident both behind the drawings and out on site, contributing to surveys, witnessing, Black Building Testing and Cause & Effect testing, and working closely with clients to see projects through to completion.
Always calm and methodical, she brings detailed focus to complex environments and builds strong working relationships across project teams. She is currently progressing toward Chartered Engineer status as she continues to grow her technical and leadership capability.

He works collaboratively with clients and project teams, valuing clear communication and attention to detail. Toby is highly motivated to continue developing his expertise and is actively working towards becoming Chartered, with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
In his spare time, Toby enjoys building Lego models whilst keeping his fitness up in the gym.
Josephine Goh

Josephine joined WP3 in 2026, bringing international experience supporting the design and delivery of complex data centre projects exceeding 100MW. She holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
Working predominantly across RIBA Stages 3 and 4, Josephine has strong technical expertise in cable calculations, small power and lighting design, and lightning risk assessments, delivering coordinated and compliant engineering solutions.
In her current role, she supports residential, commercial, and data centre fit-out projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Josephine is known for her attention to detail and her ability to simplify complex engineering challenges into practical, buildable solutions.
James Hannon

James is a Project Engineer who joined WP3 in 2021 after first completing a work experience programme with the team. He later graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Degree in Aerospace Engineering and has since contributed to a wide range of projects. James has gained experience in both the Design and Commissioning sides of Building Services, giving him a rounded understanding of how projects come together. His passion for sustainability is a key driver behind the development of our intelligent buildings platform, which aims to cut carbon emissions, improve efficiency and support smarter, cleaner buildings.
