WP3 has been appointed to design a showcase showroom within the head office of a global luxury brand in London, SW1. We have developed the MEP concept design to RIBA Stage 2 and continue to support the project closely as it moves through procurement and into construction.

The scheme includes a specialist lighting installation with bespoke control requirements, alongside close coordination with Burberry’s in-house AV and Security teams.

Our design evolves the existing ventilation strategy to support the brand’s aesthetic ambitions for the space, carefully balancing technical performance with visual impact. With Burberry appointing their preferred contractors, we are working collaboratively to complete the design, support delivery, and maintain quality through to practical completion.

We pride ourselves on being flexible, collaborative, and detail-focused—providing clear guidance throughout the process and ensuring a smooth transition from design to execution. In parallel, our Commissioning Management team is also supporting the client on another building, helping to identify and resolve existing installation defects.
