End of Year Post

As we reflect on the progress WP3 has made, we’re taking a moment to recognise just how far we’ve come.

Our team is now nearly 80 strong, with more than 25 new joiners across the year, and we’ve celebrated our 5th birthday. We’ve also worked on projects in 2025 with a combined construction value in excess of £3bn – an incredible milestone that speaks to the scale and trust our clients place in us.

What hasn’t changed are our priorities: continuing to challenge the norm, working with and developing a diverse range of talented people, and delivering the very best outcomes for our clients every single time.

Now it’s time for a much-needed break to recharge before we return refreshed and ready to take on 2026 – which is already shaping up to be an absolute cracker of a year.
