Eastbrook Studios

WP3 is excited to share one of our favourite recent projects.

Eastbrook Film Studios, London’s largest film and TV studio complex built in 25 years, covers 22 acres and delivers more than 600,000 sqft of studios, workshops, support spaces, offices, catering facilities and VIP areas.

Our pragmatic, innovative and knowledgeable approach was key to seeing this ambitious development delivered. After taking over from the previous consultant, WP3 mobilised quickly, validated all design work from first principles and closed scope gaps to ensure the project continued at pace.

WP3’s role reached far beyond core MEP services. We led the delivery of IT and AV, electronic security, building regulations and energy consulting, sitewide utilities, commissioning management, QA and smart-construction process elements.

A standout achievement was the use of our digital-twin software to create a live-update site tour, supporting progress monitoring, QA, marketing, training, FM planning and even visitor and operative management.

WP3 is proud to have contributed to this landmark studio campus and to support the future of the UK’s creative industries.
