With a highly challenging programme, WP3 were able to successfully deliver a fully coordinated design for the fitout of this refurbished building for this international banking client.

Working closely with the contractor and client teams, WP3 developed the design to a Stage 5 level of detail within the tight timeframes available. The scheme included significant open plan areas of exposed services, and we utilised 3D BIM modelling to achieve a high level of coordination between the services and other trades.

Particular attention was given to servicing the trading floor section of the workspace, providing resilient infrastructure and enabling services operation to allow them to work across all global markets at all times of the day and night without interruption or extortionate energy bills.
