The countdown is on for this year’s British Council for Offices Conference in Edinburgh and the WP3 team is gearing up for it.
We’re delighted to share that not one, but two WP3 projects have been named finalists in the 2026 Mix Interiors Awards for Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors (15,000 – 35,000 sqft).

WP3 supported The Work Project from building selection through Stage 4 MEP design and construction, delivering a high-quality, flexible premium workspace in under 12 months while resolving complex fire, services and base-build constraints.
WP3 were appointed to provide full MEP consultancy and design services for Confidential Tech Client’s 100,000 sq ft workplace in Cambridge, supporting the project from concept through to detailed design and delivery.
The confidential project for Mace comprised a 100,000 sq ft nuclear/commercial scheme in Gloucester.
The Tower Place East & West project was a 270,000 sqft commercial refurbishment for Overbury.
WP3 were appointed by our client to manage the MEP Testing & Commissioning processes at their Belgrave House office.
Located in the heart of Westminster, this 125 room scheme presented significant logistical, acoustic, planning and servicing challenges, which WP3 were able to overcome in completing the fully detailed Stage 4 design for our client.
