Green Light for Becklow Gardens & The Grange

A major milestone for Becklow Gardens and The Grange, which have now secured planning approval from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The Becklow Gardens design also received strong recognition from committee members.

These developments form part of a broader infill programme, with Becklow Gardens set to deliver 20 thoughtfully designed apartments, alongside 8 spacious family maisonettes at The Grange – all of which will be provided as affordable homes.

Our team delivered full mechanical, electrical, and public health design across RIBA Stages 2 and 3, alongside a comprehensive energy consultancy role. This included as-designed SAP assessments, TM54 operational energy modelling, and GLA energy assessment reporting to support a high-performance, sustainable outcome.
