Responsible for programming, quality assurance and technical delivery we were able to maintain a challenging programme during the Covid-19 pandemic whilst keeping a transparent and thorough commissioning process in place to meet all technical and client requirements.
Utilising our extensive experience in both management and delivery of building services we assisted in developing robust plans for commissioning systems and mitigating any inevitable challenges placed on the delivery of particular systems and the project as a whole.
Acting as the head liaison between the delivery team and local building control authority, we took a proactive approach to identifying signoff requirements and developing comprehensive but easy-to-follow procedures for achieving progressive completion milestones, ensuring all parties were informed of progress at all times.
We added significant value to the project with our strong background in design and unique approach to the commissioning process, identifying potential issues early and developing solutions to offset any potential cost or programme risk later in the project.
