Kieran Everett

Technical Director

Kieran joined WP3 with an impressive background as the technical lead for a London based contractor and a history of managing design and delivery of MEP projects throughout the UK across all sectors, including data centres, fitout & commercial, manufacturing and leisure facilities.

He is a qualified BRE BIM IP, BREEAM AP, Quidos Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and is actively working towards further sustainability accreditations.

Kieran has contributed to several widely used industry standards and lead-authored the BSRIA guide to Soft Landings for end user fitouts. His highly technical approach benefits all aspects of our projects, from delivery of detailed Stage 5 BIM design packages to development of sustainability strategies and innovative water quality plans.
