Following a move from their 99 Bishopsgate base, this Global Law Firm are relocating to the recently completed 1 Leadenhall premises. The Firm will occupy a substantial space (almost half) within the state of the art development, with the move due to be completed in the summer of 2026.

Showcasing our Commissioning Management experience, the WP3 team are again delivering unrivalled services to our clients on this large scale 21 floor fit out project. Utilising our CxAlloy management software, we are providing the project stakeholders with live tracking and transparency into the overall project progress and key activities, with staged handovers so far successfully achieved. We are excited to complete yet another significant Commercial project for one of our leading clients.
