Transforming 60 Threadneedle Street for the Future of Work

WP3 is proud to have completed our work on 60 Threadneedle Street, delivering a refreshed, future-ready workplace in the heart of the City.

As the building approached its 15th year, our client, St Martins Property Investment Limited, set out to enhance tenant experience and long-term value. WP3 led the MEP strategy across upgraded amenities, reception improvements, and new tenant-focused spaces.

Key highlights include expanded end-of-journey facilities, improved reception comfort, transformed green roofs into usable terraces, and sustainable Cat A office space.

Delivered in collaboration with the wider team, this refurbishment supports both current and future tenants. On the back of the success of the project, WP3 have been appointed on Phase 2 which includes the refurbishment of the lower ground and Level 1.

Project team: Client – ST. MARTINS PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED, Architect – John Robertson Architects, Project Manager – Knight Frank, Main Contractor – BW: Workplace Experts.
