Delivering the New Home of Dr. Martens in London

We’re proud to be supporting the delivery of the new London headquarters for Airwair Dr. Martens plc at 20 Whitfield Street.

WP3 Ltd has been appointed to deliver M&E Stage 4 design and construction monitoring for this exciting 40,000 sq ft Cat B fit-out creating a future focused workspace.

Working alongside Storey and a fantastic project team including Jackdaw Studio, EthosEQ and Kinney Green, the scheme will transform a former Transport Police building into a high-quality Grade A office environment, complete with new façades, terraces and enhanced commuter facilities.

It’s great to see the project progressing, and we look forward to sharing more as the new HQ takes shape.
