WP3 were appointed to deliver the Stage 3 design for Globant’s new 22,000 sq ft workplace — a tech-led, wellbeing-focused environment designed to inspire. The scheme features bespoke lighting, fully integrated AV/IT systems and unique internal water features, creating a modern, immersive and calming space.
With a highly challenging programme, WP3 were able to successfully deliver a fully coordinated design for the fitout of this refurbished building for this international banking client.
As we reflect on the progress WP3 has made, we’re taking a moment to recognise just how far we’ve come. Our team is now nearly 80 strong, with more than 25 new joiners across the year, and we’ve celebrated our 5th birthday.

Following a move from their 99 Bishopsgate base, this Global Law Firm are relocating to the recently completed 1 Leadenhall premises. The Firm will occupy a substantial space (almost half) within the state of the art development, with the move due to be completed in the summer of 2026.
