Glen Warren

Operations Director

Glen joined WP3 with an extensive background in MEP Commissioning/Building Services Management, working in Lead Roles for some of the industry’s leading Contractors and Consultant teams across a 17+ year career. Glen’s attention to detail, meticulous approach to documentation, self-developed Cx & handover processes and client relationships have attributed to many successful project handovers.

During his time in management and working within Lead MEP roles he has overseen the completion of some of London’s most prestigious projects, including hospitals, stadiums, aviation, high-spec residential and commercial spaces, as well as large shell and core projects. He is an active member of the CSA and is working towards further accreditations within the industry.

Since joining, Glen has been instrumental in elevating company-wide Cx documentation and processes, sharing his knowledge and skill sets with graduates, team members and upcoming Cx Managers within the company.
