MEP BIM Technician

Arun Joined as a MEP BIM Technician at WP3, having commenced his role in 2024 subsequent to obtaining a degree in Project Management and Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining WP3, he accrued nearly five years of experience in the Building Services sector, contributing to a diverse array of international projects encompassing Stadiums, Museums, Restaurants, Plant rooms, Energy centre’s, commercial and residential structures, and Hospitality establishments.

In his capacity as an MEP BIM Technician, he possess a robust proficiency in designing, developing, and managing 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. His expertise lies in integrating MEP services into a unified model, thereby facilitating seamless collaboration between design and construction teams. He have played a pivotal role in the clash detection process, the preparation of detailed installation drawings, and the management of technical documentation essential for successful project execution. Recognized for his fastidious attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving, He engages closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the precision and efficiency of project delivery.
