Commissioning Manager

With an extensive background in, and passion for, mechanical engineering, Firas has gained a significant understanding of commissioning and building services and as a result is now operating in a commissioning management role. He has been able to apply his previous experience in various roles, including risk & maintenance engineering and management.

Since joining us his involvement has been significant in the progression and success of our data centre and commercial office projects. Over his career he has refined his IT skills and is able to implement them into the commissioning process, leading the digitisation of commissioning processes and tracking. He’s adept at communication of project progress, developing commissioning programmes, employing the use of new technology and driving the commissioning process to the highest levels of quality. In addition to this, he has also played a huge role in assisting the senior management team on the production and refinement of the commissioning management processes and development of our online platforms.

Due to his excellent communication skills at a management level, he is able to build and maintain strong relationships with his teams, sub-contractors, and clients which has been vital to the successful delivery of our broad range of projects.
