Mutlu joined WP3 in July 2024 as a specialist in high quality commercial and residential mechanic design. He has extensive experience over three decades in a range of diverse and challenging international projects featuring hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, swimming pools, restaurants and residential facilities.

Mutlu takes the lead on detail-oriented mechanical design projects, able to deliver fully coordinated 3D BIM designs. His comprehensive skill set encompasses diverse areas such as mechanical infrastructure, heating/cooling, ventilation, drainage and domestic water as well as communications from both design and practical points of view.

His proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous pursuit of professional development ensure that he remains at the forefront of industry advancements, positioning WP3 to excel in an ever-evolving environment of engineering innovation.
