Grace Sinclair

Electrical Engineer

Grace joined WP3 in 2024, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout her career, she has specialized in delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

Since becoming part of WP3, she has contributed to the successful implementation of a data center decarbonization project in London. As a member of the design team, she utilizes her diverse knowledge to offer both detailed design and feasibility insights.

Grace's experience includes residential, retail, and education sectors. She is committed to completing projects on time while meeting client requirements. She is proficient in a range of essential software and tools. When challenges arise, Grace proactively seeks to improve her skills by engaging with senior engineers and technical directors, who are always willing to help.

In her free time, Grace enjoys gardening, meditation, and music.

Aspiring to become a chartered engineer, she is dedicated to her continuous professional development and diligently works towards this goal.
