Maddie Gardner

Mechanical Engineer

Maddie joined WP3 in 2021 with a Masters in Space Engineering, and her career since has really taken off! In just a short time, she has gained a strong understanding of mechanical systems and their application, always with a sympathetic eye to design detail. She has developed her knowledge across multiple sectors with particular focus on the commercial, education, refurbishment and decarbonisation sectors.

Maddie has a keen interest in energy and thermal modelling within the business, taking the lead on IES and CFD modelling and analysis. She has also played a key role in developing our 360° camera tours and online platform.

With a background in elite level rowing, Maddie brings great dedication to her work and is a true asset to the team.
