Milad Majidifar

Graduate Commissioning Manager

Milad joined WP3 in the Spring of 2023 with strong hands-on management experience in different settings. Equipped with a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and passionate about MEP building services, Milad has successfully stepped into the construction industry as a Graduate Commissioning Manager.

His high level of documentation and quality of paperwork along with a proven ability to build and maintain rapport with project leads and subcontractors has allowed Milad to get actively involved in the commissioning of large-scale projects where he has been responsible for day-to-day planning and witnessing MEP testing and commissioning activities, producing high-level commissioning programmes and reports, and liaising with the other contractors to ensure the smooth progress of commissioning.

Milad has a sound knowledge of construction industry standards and various software including MS Office applications, Powerproject, and CxAlloy. He is also currently working towards further accreditation within the industry to further both his development and that of the company.

Milad is a basketball and table tennis player and has a great ambition to explore the whole world.
