Nick Walker

Operations Director

Nick Joined WP3 in 2024. He is a chartered building surveyor by training and has worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years.  He worked for over a decade at a big four consultancy, advising clients on real estate and construction projects and most recently he worked client-side for a global rental equipment company with responsibility for their central operations functions in the UK.

He is a positive, collaborative team player with great communication skills.  He has a deep understanding of the lifecycle of major projects and excels at solving complex problems.   He specialises in operational excellence, from setting strategy through to the successful day to day running of the business.
