Sikhalo Mguni

Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Sikhalo joined WP3 in 2023 as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, having recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

His exuberant passion for problem solving has been utilised extensively, as he has worked to create innovative and simple solutions during his time at the company. He has worked independently to quickly learn and utilise new software to present CAD models and schematics of HVAC systems for the electrification of complex building services projects.

With a keen focus upon sustainability within his work, Tom hopes to further improve the abundance and development of environmentally conscious solutions to decarbonise the building services sector as he continues to grow his knowledge base in the industry
